The head of Education summoned the group for this afternoon, which in a letter sent to the official stated that they did not receive the required information, in the appropriate conditions to plan the field work to carry out the oversight, taking into account the importance of the process. for society.
“For example, the test application schedule is still pending. Given these circumstances, the observation of this Commission becomes untimely, which makes it impossible to fulfill its functions. For this reason, as of this date, the Commission ceases its operations ”, states the resignation letter from 16 of 20 institutions.
The 16 resigning institutions are the Association of Private Educational Institutions (Ainep); the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE); the Poveda Cultural Center; the Juan XXIII Center; CIED-Humano – Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Pucmm; the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (Flacso); the Socio-Educational Forum; Dominican Initiative for a Quality Education (IDEC) and the Technological Institute (Intec).
The entity also resigned from the observation commission Rethinking Education (RED); Salesian School Sector; the Ibero-American University (Unibe), the Pedro Henríquez Ureña University (Unphu); World Vision and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (Pucmm).
