A parliamentarian from Fuerza Popular is accused of being the alleged author of the crime of wilful embezzlement by using money to the detriment of the State. After it was revealed that an employee of his office actually worked in a private institute owned by him.
This Friday, July 19, the Attorney General’s Office announced that it has filed a constitutional complaint against David Jimenez Herediacongressman of the Republic for the bench of People’s ForceThe legislator is accused of being the alleged author of the crime of wilful embezzlement due to the improper use of resources to the detriment of the State.
According to him Public ministrythrough the Area of Illicit Enrichment and Constitutional Complaints, the legislator would have made use of the services of Ángela Guadalupe Noblejas Pomazongo, who supposedly worked in his office, but in reality carried out his duties at the Franklin Roosevelt Private Technological Institute, which is owned by the congressman himself.
In September of last year, the State Attorney General’s Office had asked the Prosecutor’s Office to initiate preliminary proceedings against the congressman representing the Junín region for the alleged commission of the crime of embezzlement. After A Sunday program of Willax denounced that the worker of his office did not go to the Congress of the republic to carry out the assigned functions, but he did perform work at said private institute.
