In a previous meeting of the Minister of Agricultural Development and the Panama Maritime Authority, it was agreed to submit to the Cabinet Council the request to modify Resolution 60 and that these entities have the capacity to cover the payment of the temporary relief that the Government is granting to face fuel inflation.

In the Cabinet Council session this Wednesday, the draft Cabinet Resolution 65-22 was approved, which modifies Cabinet Resolution No. 60 of May 19, 2022, to include small-scale artisanal fishermen and vessels dedicated to the transport of small-scale passengers in jurisdictional waters of the Republic of Panama, as beneficiaries of the fuel voucher for three months.
