The Government reported this Friday that it will keep the prices of hydrocarbons unchanged, for which it will allocate an extraordinary subsidy of 550 million pesos.
The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs (MICM) announced that for the week of July 30 to August 5, 2022, the cost of fuel is marketed at the same price as the previous week:
- Premium gasoline: 293.60 pesos per gallon.
- Regular gasoline: 274.50 pesos per gallon.
- Regular diesel: 221.60 per gallon.
- Optimum diesel: 241.10 pesos per gallon.
- Avtur: 298.91 pesos per gallon.
- Kerosene: 338.10 pesos per gallon.
- Fuel oil #6: 192.11 pesos per gallon.
- Fuel oil 1%: 211.77 pesos per gallon.
- LPG: 147.60 pesos per gallon.
- Natural gas: 28.97 pesos per m3.
The Vice Minister of Internal Trade, Ramón Pérez Fermín, indicated that with the subsidy for hydrocarbons for the first week of August, increases in prices of premium gasoline by 24.33, in regular by 33.19, in regular diesel by 65.61 are avoided. and the optimal gas oil for 70.49 pesos per gallon.
He explained that the international price of texas oil averaged 96 dollars a barrel, for a new weekly decrease of 4.5% in relation to the average of the previous week.
The deputy minister recalled that the war in Ukraine already has more than five months of hostility, which has caused prices to rise to historical levels of 2008.
