Environments are forecast for today from cold to very cold
below 0 degrees Celsius and possible frost in several regions of the country, reported the National Water Commission (Conagua).
Minimum temperatures will be -15 to -10 Celsius in the mountains of Durango; from -10 to -5, in mountainous areas of Chihuahua; from -5 to 0 degrees, in mountain areas of Aguascalientes, Baja California, state of Mexico, Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Michoacán, Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, western San Luis Potosí, Sonora, Tlaxcala, Veracruz and Zacatecas; from 0 to 5 degrees in high areas of Baja California Sur, Mexico City, Coahuila, Morelos, Nayarit, Nuevo León and the Sinaloa mountains.
Meanwhile, heavy rains are expected in Chiapas; intervals of showers in Campeche, Oaxaca, Quintana Roo, Tabasco, Veracruz and Yucatán, as well as isolated rains in Tamaulipas, Nuevo León and Puebla.
The winds will go from 10 to 20 kilometers per hour with gusts of 30 to 50 kilometers per hour in Tamaulipas and Veracruz. While 20 to 30 with gusts of 40 to 60 and dust devils in Chihuahua and Coahuila. Of the same magnitude and waves of 2 to 4 meters high on the western coast of the Baja California peninsula and 1 to 3 m high on the coasts of Colima, Guerrero, Jalisco and Michoacán.

As for maximum temperatures, it is estimated that they will be 35 to 40 degrees Celsius on the coast of Chiapas, Colima, Guerrero, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, Oaxaca, San Luis Potosí, Sinaloa and Tamaulipas. From 30 to 35 degrees in Campeche, southwest Chihuahua, western Durango, Hidalgo, Morelos, southwest Puebla, Querétaro, southern Sonora, Tabasco, Veracruz, Yucatán and southern Zacatecas.
In this regard, Conagua recommended that the population keep warm and hydrate adequately, do not expose yourself to sudden changes in temperature and pay special attention to children and older adults.
