The presence of snow, partial frosts, fog and fog banks in San Luis complicate traffic on provincial routes on Tuesday, for which government authorities advised motorists to drive with caution.
The Nogolí-Río Grande route is closed to traffic, while on the road that connects La Carolina to San Francisco there is still snow approximately up to the El Amago hill, it was reported.
While, Route 9 from El Trapiche to La Carolina was enabled and on route 5 on the way to the Filo de Villa de Merlo controls are carried out during the day, especially from the Mirador del Sol to the upper zone, to analyze if it is in conditions to be enabled due to the presence of ice in the asphalt layer.
Vialidad also indicated that The La Punta-Potrero de los Funes route is passable with caution.
In San Luis territory, the minimum temperatures were around -1 degree Celsius this Tuesday, while the maximum will be close to 14 degrees Celsius on average, according to the San Luis Meteorological Station Network (REM).
