The Ombudsman’s Office reported that from this Thursday, January 27 to Monday, January 31, it will serve the public online due to the process of moving the institution.
During these days the attention will be through the technological tools at your disposal such as: the Ombudsman’s APP downloadable on mobile phones, the WhatsApp chat 6670-2222, the free line 127 and the Memo virtual assistant available on the web to guarantee a permanent flow with the main institution that protects human rights.
With these technological facilities, users will be able to follow up on their complaints and receive guidance.
The new facilities of the Ombudsman’s Office will be located in Vía España, PH Los Toneles Building, ground floor after the Carrasquilla Darío Vallarino Fire Station and a few meters from the Fernández de Córdoba Metro station.
