The Panamanian Chamber of Construction (Capac) will celebrate from September 1 to 4, the thirty-fifth version of Capac Expo Habitat, at the Panama Convention Center (PCC) which will focus mainly on the sale of homes in the range of interest preference.
Capac Expo Habitat 2022, promotes the purchase and sale of products and services in the sector and this year will have more than a hundred exhibitors and suppliers from all areas and related activities of the industry, generating a business climate that brings together more than 12,000 people each year, said Demetrio Arosemena, president of the organizing committee of the Capac fairs.
“Potential national and international suppliers, such as Chinese companies, will promote their inventory in the territory, through the facilities offered by our event, which is developed including strategic elements that allow their peers to visit the activity in search of doing business. ”, highlighted Arosemena.
As part of the commercial offer, the participation of more than 100 real estate and real estate agents is expected, who will count as a large inventory of properties located throughout the country, mainly in Central Panama, West Panama, inland cities and projects on beaches and mountains.
In this sense, it was reported that the fair expects to have exhibitions of more than 200 real estate projects and 11 local banks, public and private, with mortgage offers and approvals on site. According to the organizers, most of the projects for sale are in the preferential interest range of $40,000 to $180,000.
Arosemena highlighted the parallel development of Capac Decor, a new project that promises to arouse the interest of those who visit the fair. It is a participatory project that enhances and gives visibility to the latest trends in design and lifestyle, where different real settings with functional and harmonious style will be appreciated, developed by a select group of references in architecture, design and decoration.
