Brandon Camargo, a student at the José María Arguedas school in the province of Yauli, traveled to the United States to participate in an international Olympiad on July 16 and 18, where he emerged victorious. At the time of the award ceremony, the student came out with the Peruvian flag to receive his gold medal.
