They secure a truck with 45 migrants in Veracruz
Separately, the National Institute of Migration (INM) located in Veracruz 45 migrants (originating from Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Cuba, Bangladesh, Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua) who were traveling crowded in a hidden and unventilated compartment in a truck, in which it appeared to be transporting industrial waste, the agency said.
“When opening the rear door of the cargo transport, only crushed metal sheets, tubes, lids and cans were visible; however, behind it people’s voices could be heard. In the lower right part of the wall that formed the industrial waste, a passage was uncovered in which only one person could enter or exit – on his knees, “the INM added in a statement.
The driver and the unit were made available to the ministerial authorities of the state.
