From Isasi: "What the prosecutor raises has nothing to do with justice"

The general secretary of the ATE province of Buenos Aires, Oscar de Isasiassured this Tuesday that the request for a sentence of 12 years in prison and disqualification life to hold public office against former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner formulated on Monday by the prosecution in the trial for alleged direction in public works in Santa Cruz, “It has nothing to do with justice,” and said that the former president “has been targeted for a long time.”

However, he stressed that “there is another part of the Judiciary that does not want to have anything to do with these maneuvers of economic power in justice” and maintained that, “from that part that does not want to have anything to do, together with the popular mobilization, we are going to sanitize a justice that by the way at this time is quite unfair”.

Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner will speak through her social networks after the Federal Oral Court 2 rejected her request to expand the investigative statement in the trial for alleged direction of public works in Santa Cruz.
