On his first marriage anniversary with Fátima Jordánthe governor of Santa Cruz, Luis Fernando Camacho, used social networks to send an emotional letter to his wife, from his confinement in the Chonchocoro prison.

“One year since that time you told me ‘I accept’…I never thought that I would find a person who would change my life and fill it with love and understanding.
I still remember that wonderful moment when I saw you approach me in that beautiful white dress. You don’t know the emotion I felt when I saw your loose hair, your smiling smile and your bright eyes.
I swear that my heart was about to burst and I could not stop feeling like the luckiest man in the world, having a fantastic woman like you as my wife”, says the governor of Santa Cruz at the beginning of his letter.
Later he adds:A year ago we decided to unite our lives in marriage, and every day I thank God for putting you in my path and for deciding to share our destiny. I feel really blessed to have you as my wife, partner, friend, confidant and because you are always by my side, even when the storms come. I am happy knowing that you are my support and the absolute owner of my heart.
Today life has put us to the test… has put us the most difficult barriers and obstacles. But although everything seems to fall, you are by my side fighting with love against injustices, ”says Camacho, alluding to his imprisonment in the La Paz jail for the Coup 1 case.
