Recent statements by Carlos Guillén Anchayhua, a communicator linked to the close circle of Dina Boluarte and accused of being an emissary of the Government to pressure Noemí Alvarado, the woman who denounced the distribution of horse meat in Qali Warmathe investigations of the corruption scandal related to the social program are once again shaking up.
In statements to Fourth EstateGuillén categorically rejected the accusations, but admitted knowing Alvarado.
“I want Mrs. Noemí to come out and stop commenting that I don’t know her, because I do know the lady. I have visited her house, I know her brothers and her entire family.”
In addition, Guillén also denied having made offers on behalf of the Government or having pressured Alvarado.
“I have never offered you a meeting with Minister Demartini, because I cannot even enter a meeting with him. “It’s difficult,” he said.
However, he confirmed that, after the death of Nilo Burga, he advised Noemí Alvarado. “I told him, as a friend, to take care of himself. I told him: ‘Look what’s happening,’ I told him to be careful,” he assured the Sunday newspaper.
He denies being related to President Dina Boluarte
Although Guillén claims not to have a close relationship with President Dina Boluarte, he admitted his connection with his brother Nicanor Boluarte.
“We have a friendship with Mr. Nicanor since the second round campaign. We agree on politics and communication issues,” he declared.
Photographs and records show him attending Nicanor’s birthday in October 2023, accompanied by the president’s cousin, Adolfo Ramírez.
On the other hand, Guillén has also been linked to other officials, although he assures that their relations are not friendly. “I know Minister Morgan Quero, but I don’t have a friend. Dr. Contreras introduced it to me,” he explained when questioned.
