Just days before the national elections, the latest survey by the Citizen Perception Power Plant, carried out between September 27 and 30, shows that the Frente Amplio leads voting intentions with 46%, followed by the National Party with 24%. %, the Colorado Party with 13%, Cabildo Abierto with 2% and the Independent Party with 1%. 11% of those surveyed are still undecided.
The evolution of voting intentions since March 2024 shows stability in support for the Frente Amplio and the National Party, with a significant trend in the growth of the Colorado Party, which increased from 8% in June to 13% currently. This increase is attributed to a migration of votes from the National Party, which has narrowed the difference between both parties.
When observing the voting intentions in terms of blocks, the sum of all the parties in the multicolor coalition reaches 40%, while the Frente Amplio stands at 46%. This difference of six points remains stable in the latest measurements. Furthermore, when analyzing the group of undecided people, 3% identify themselves as “undecided coalitionists”, since their potential vote would be directed to the multicolor coalition, although they have not yet defined which specific party they would support.
In a possible runoff between Yamandú Orsi and Álvaro Delgado, 50% of the population leans towards Orsi, while 40% would support the National Party, and 10% remain undecided. This trend reaffirms the leadership of the Frente Amplio in voting intentions, with Orsi as the favorite candidate for the presidency.
Alejandra González, spokesperson for the Citizen Perception Plant, announced on MVD Noticias de TV Ciudad that there will be a new survey before the elections.
