Why Quirinus?
Those who support him see in Ordaz a complete and capable profile. The good numbers in the surveys of Sinaloans pointed to a politician with a citizen profile, who “walked on foot”, visiting popular neighborhoods or remote communities. He was a governor “with a neighborhood”. Formal acts gave him hives. That was perhaps what people appreciated most.
Those who applaud him point out that he carried out many public works and not just great works. He dedicated a good part of his management to building, for example, two new general hospitals and a new pediatric hospital, with public resources, without further indebting the state, as was intended in the previous administration.
