In accordance with the court’s ruling, the judge imposed a financial guarantee of one million pesos on Masha, while a bail of two million five hundred thousand pesos was established on Hernández.
In addition, both must comply with measures of periodic presentation to the authorities and refrain from leaving the country without judicial authorization.
According to the request for a coercive measure presented by the Public Ministry, the defendants Victoriano Sánchez (Masha) and Hernández de la Rosa were arrested on October 24, 2025 by a second lieutenant and a sergeant of the National Police, while they were carrying out patrol work on Licey Street on the corner of Paris.
The agents observed that the detainees remained inside a vehicle while offering assistance in a traffic accident.
When proceeding to inspect the Honda CR-V car, they found a shipment of marijuana in the trunk wrapped in sealed transparent and black plastic covers.
Both were immediately arrested after being informed of their rights. The seized substances were sent to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF), where it was confirmed that they were Cannabis sativa (marijuana), with a total weight of two pounds.
