A new police module was delivered by Governor José Alejandro Terán to the Bolivarian National Police of La Guaira, replacing the one that was vandalized on July 29 in the Maiquetía parish.
The module, located in front of the San Sebastián church in Lourdes Square, in the Maiquetía parish, is the fourth that is being handed over to the police. Two were given to the national police and two to the state police, Terán reported.
He indicated that these modules are equipped with all the comforts, with bathrooms, beds and other services. “Monthly we will assume the commitment to dignify the function of our security services with comfortable facilities,” said Terán.
“All of Venezuela has reduced crime rates and La Guaira is at the forefront of the indicators that guarantee that this city is very safe,” Terán said.
At the handover ceremony was the director of the PNB in La Guaira who thanked the attention and commitment in the restitution of the police headquarters.
