With this decision, the Fourth Chamber of General Business of the Supreme Court of Justice reiterates its will to materialize the effective implementation of the Judicial Career Law.
The Fourth General Business Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, composed of Judge María Eugenia López Arias (President) and Judges Olmedo Arrocha Osorio (Vice President) and Carlos Alberto Vásquez Reyes (President of the Third Administrative Litigation Chamber), through Agreement No. 72 of January 20, 2022 and published in the Official Gazette No. 29460-A of January 21, 2022, approved declaring 153 positions vacant in the Judicial Administrative Career at the national level.
The positions that were declared vacant are: 7 Organization and Administrative Systems Analysts (I and II); 8 Budget Analysts (I, II, III); 29 Administrative Assistants (I and II); 15 Accountants (I II and III); 42 Human Resources Analysts; 9 Human Resources Analysts (Supervisor); 34 Mediators (I) and 9 Mediators (II).
The Agreement establishes that the people who are occupying the positions and positions on an interim basis will continue to fulfill their inherent responsibilities and obligations, while the process of the Judicial Career is carried out, which begins with the declaration of vacancies, complying with what is established in the Law No. 53 of August 27, 2015.
It is also noted that the respective communication must be sent to the Judicial Administrative Career Administration Council, to fill the aforementioned vacancies, in accordance with the provisions of Law 53 of August 27, 2015.
