The circumstances of the mortal shooting and possible confrontation simulation by the policemen are investigated
The deceased were identified as Edward Bernardo Peña Rodríguez, Carlos Enrique Guzmán Navarro (aka Charly or Charli Chasc), José Vladimir Valerio Estévez, Elvis Antonio Martínez Rodríguez and Julio Alberto Gómez.
Relatives of the victims reject the police versions that try to link José Vladimir Valerio Estévez, barber of the premises, and Elvis Antonio Martínez Rodríguez, client, with some criminal act.
“The police looted the hairdressing, the machines, the hard drives of the cameras and even a vehicle parked at the front, all without order of a prosecutor,” said Eslayne Argamonte, Martínez Rodríguez’s wife. In addition, he accused the agents of placing the victims guns to simulate a confrontation.
