He Dominican Republic Army (ERD) reported this Sunday about the arrest of a Haitian and three Dominicansincluding a retired general of the National Police, for entering undocumented persons through different points in the provinces of Montecristi, Valverde and San Juan de la Maguana.
One of the arrests occurred in the Martín García community in Montecristi, where a Haitian national, identified by Dominican authorities as Lyco Pieabout 30 years old, was caught with a group of 11 undocumented immigrants.
