The first reports indicate that the minor’s grandmother reported the incident to the police of the aforementioned Anzoatiguense municipality, whose agents proceeded to arrest the subjects, who were identified as José Antonio Azacón (42), Pedro Alexis Azacón (39) and two 17-year-old adolescents.
These two young people tried to prevent Poliguanipa’s actions, which is why they will also be prosecuted for obstruction of justice, police sources said.
The four detainees were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for criminal prosecution.
In another procedure, Policarabobo officials detained Jhonnata Alexander Jiménez Rojas, 39 years old, in Naguanagua (Carabobo), accused of abusing a minor under 11 years of age.
According to the report posted on the Instagram account of the aforementioned security force, the minor’s mother reported that her 11-year-old daughter “had been subjected to lewd acts by a close relative.”
Upon obtaining the details of the alleged aggressor, the agents detained Jiménez, who took advantage of their bond of trust and the girl’s vulnerability, and induced her to carry out acts of sexual connotation, the report says. He was placed at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office.
