Four deaths and 284 coronavirus infections were reported this Tuesday in Colombia

The cases of coronavirus in Colombia went down slightly this Tuesday, April 12, which confirms that the country has entered a stage of few deaths and infections.

According to the report of the Ministry of Health, 284 infections were registered this Monday, a drop compared to the 301 cases on Monday.

As to deaths, there were two fewer, reporting 4 deaths.

These figures are given after processing 25,440 tests, of which 8,686 were PCR and 16,754 antigen tests.

With this new balance, the Total number of infections throughout the pandemic in Colombia reaches 6,088,335 and of deaths to 139,725.

Likewise, the authorities reported that the active cases stand at 3,582, while the number of recovered is already 5,921,750.

About Bogotá, 80 infections were registered, that is, 59 less than Monday’s report.
