Four arrested for sexually abusing a student

The Cicpc reported the capture in Ureña (Táchira) of Euclides Rafael Zambrano Hernández (30) and three young people aged 14 and 17, for supplying an alleged substance to a 12-year-old girl, to force her to perform a sexual challenge.

The investigation process began after a complaint received from the director of an educational institution, who stated that one of her students had been given a substance in a soft drink and the aggressors, taking advantage of the fact that the student was dizzy, proceeded to touch her without her being in a position to give her consent, the Cicpc reported on its social networks.

The officials went to the campus and began the investigation work and determined that the young people were beginning the practice of “La Penitencia”, a worrying sexual game that has become viral among young Venezuelans.

This game represents a risk for the formation in sexual and reproductive matters of adolescents, indicated the scientific police. An example of this is that the aggressors supplied the substance to the young woman without her consent and took her to another room to commit sexual abuse.

The case was referred to the order of the 26th Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of the state of Táchira.
