
The Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC), through the Homicide Research Division, YoNform about clarification of the murder of Michael Alexander Garnier Montero (28), occurred on September 29 in the San Andrés de la Parroquia El Valle sector, in the Libertador municipality.
According to a publication by Commissioner Dougla Rico, the investigation culminated in the arrest of four alleged perpetrators, who would have attacked and dismembered to the victim for an altercation in a celebration.
The four detainees were identified as Daniel David Denmark Rodríguez (32), Aiker Alexander García Villaroel (20), Wileanyer Daveliux Fernández Zarraga (20) and Brailyn Alfredo Pacheco González (25).
According to the investigation, the homicide occurred while Garnier and the apprehended, Together with two other escape subjects and their partners, they shared and ingested drinks alcoholic and psychotropic substances. The reason for the crime allegedly originated from the victim’s disrespect for one of the women present.

After committing the homicide, those involved abandoned the body in the home bath. The next day, they returned to the place with the intention of hiding the body, trying to dismembered it with white weapons before fleeing. However, the perpetrators failed to culminate their macabre target, leaving the body on the ground floor of the property.
During the investigation process, the Cicpc collected multiple elements of criminal interest that confirm the violence of the event, including beam segments, machetes, two serruchos, a mandarria, knives and knives. A phone, clothing and a motorcycle were also seized. The case was referred to the Prosecutor’s Office 35 of the Public Ministry.
