The drizzle that fell early this Saturday morning did not dampen the joy of the residents of Plan Tres Mil, who went to the Plaza de El Mechero to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the founding of this thriving citadel.
Some of the first to participate in the civic parade were the founders of this district. After passing through the official box wearing a giant flag with the colors orange, white and green, the residents took the opportunity to demand from the authorities more works that benefit the residents of the Plan. The aspiration is born due to the lack of impact worksthey pointed out.
Freddy Cordova Gonzales, president of the Association of Founders of Plan 3,000, regretted that on this date there are no works to premiere and to help improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of this municipal district.
