The Transformación Civil AC Foundation (Traso) donated material for the practice of boxing, which will benefit 80 children and adolescents.
In this way, girls, boys and adolescents are encouraged to carry out a sporting activity that keeps them away from activities related to violence or addictions.
Civil Transformation established a gym in the vicinity of the Tacubaya neighborhood in Mexico City where it teaches boxing classes, which is combined with psychological support and nutritional counseling for low-income children and adolescents, to whom it seeks to give tools to avoid situations of violence or addictions.
“One of the most effective strategies for the reconstruction of the social fabric are sports activities, since they promote positive habits, discipline and perseverance, with which girls, boys and adolescents have a greater possibility of achieving a healthy and integral development, hence the interest of the company for supporting this type of initiatives because we believe that protecting and promoting the new generations is also promoting the country”, affirmed the general director of Proyecta Industrial, Daniel Flores.
Traso and the organization Proyecta Industrial established as an objective that children and adolescents who attend sports be agents of peace in their community.
Through the practice of boxing, their families are also involved, in order to strengthen healthy coexistence and competitiveness.
Traso has been working since 2013 with low-income children and adolescents who live in neighborhoods with high crime rates, in order to improve their environment and well-being.
Daniel Flores announced that in 2023 for the third consecutive year he will support this cause, since as a socially responsible company it seeks to contribute to the economic, environmental and social development of Mexico.
