As his lawyer Diego Camaño has pointed out, on three occasions the prosecutor has been asked to explain the reasons for his investigation without obtaining a response.
Faced with this situation, Camaño has requested judicial intervention to clarify the situation. In addition, he has highlighted that the summons to the prosecutor was made on Friday, March 3, and that on Saturday the 4th Fossati requested the medical license, which suggests that it is a maneuver to avoid giving explanations.
