There was another person who sat down afterwards, and who I later found out was the mayor of Anguía, Mr. Nenil Medina (Guerrero). (Then) they called someone else. I remember, Abel (Cabrera Fernández). The head of the cabinet (of advisers, Salatiel Marrufo Alcántara), was here. And here sat Abel Cabrera. (…) Yes, they knew each other. There was trust.
