“For his alleged responsibility in the crime of aggravated child sexual abuse, elements of the Investigation Police assigned to ViceFiscalía in research specialized in attention to women, girls, children and adolescents, gender and family reason, managed to capture a man,” he said.
Omar Bravo, said the agency, will be made available to the court that decreed the judicial mandate.
“From the investigations it follows that the aforementioned would have abused a teenager on different occasions in recent months, it is presumed that he would have previously committed similar actions,” the statement said.

The crime of child sexual abuse can be sanctioned in Jalisco with up to 20 years in prison, according to the Criminal Code.
