The opposition Edmundo González will visit Panama on January 8 and will meet with its president, José Raúl Mulino. The next day, he will leave for the Dominican Republic to meet with the president of that country, Luis Abinader, reported former Panamanian president Mireya Moscoso.
«President Edmundo comes for 24 hours, he will meet with President Mulino and then he will meet with the Venezuelan community in the afternoon, and from there he will leave for the Dominican Republic, where the president (Luis Abinader) will be. waiting,” Moscoso explained.
The former president explained that González will be accompanied by nine former presidents who are members of the Democratic Initiative of Spain and the Americas (IDEA), to which she also belongs.

Moscoso added that Edmundo González will go to Panama “to talk with the first country that cut relations with Venezuela (after the elections) and talk about what can be good for Venezuela.”
“We hope that he talks with President Mulino, who will once again give support to President Edmundo, and we hope that other countries do the same,” insisted former President Moscoso.
