According to a report issued by Punto Final this Sunday, April 24, Fernando Ugaz sent an official letter to Aníbal Torres, then head of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Minjusdh)stating that daniel soria “did not meet the requirements for the position” state attorney general.
“I inform about the criminal and irregular conduct of the Attorney General of the State, Daniel Soria”refers to the subject of the document sent to Aníbal Torres on November 9, 2021, to which Punto Final had access.

Likewise, the Sunday newspaper specifies that said complaint against Daniel Soria stressed that “he lacked knowledge and experience in the State”an argument that was used by the government to dismiss him last February.
On the other hand, Milena Antón, a member of the Ugaz & Zegarra law firm of lawyer Fernando Ugaz, denounced that both his signature and the stamp with his name were falsified in order to deliver the document against Soria.
In addition, the lawyer said that “he never sent the official letter.”
“The fact that they have used my signature, my name, there is a subject that I did not even know,” Antón said in communication with Fernando Ugaz, who could not explain the complaint made by the lawyer.
