Prosecutor Leoncio Apumayta raised the accusation as a result of the events that occurred at dawn on July 26, 2019.
Outside the restrooms, located in the basement of the facilities of the San Antonio de Antaparco District Municipality, the defendant, in his capacity as mayor, abused a young worker from the commune in question.
According to the prosecutor, the burgomaster forced the aggrieved woman to be part of a social gathering that was held in one of the municipal offices, and, taking advantage of the fact that the victim was intoxicated, followed her when the female was on her way to the hygienic services to later commit the crime.
