INPEC, with strong security measures and custody, transferred Negro Ober from the Girón prison (Santander) to La Dorada (Caldas), his eighth transfer in less than two years, since his capture, a video of him threatening merchants, police and prosecutors after the capture of his partner, unleashed a crisis and alert not only in Barranquilla.
The commotion was over the weekend, the appearance of the alleged leader of a gang of extortionists in the Atlantic, threatening the Prosecutor’s Office.

He said in said video, in which he appeared eating in his cell, showing jewelry, in addition to the use of a cell phone; all this was prohibited in prisons, which had to “release my wife.”
He pointed out that prosecutors, police officers and businessmen were going to die, “you mess with an innocent, me too, and I’m going to kill you businessmen.” It was his sentence.
Ober Ricardo Martínez Gutiérrez said that he “requested an urgent interview” and “even with Petro.” He pointed out that: “I take responsibility for my actions, my wife doesn’t have shit to do with my brother.”
“Prosecutor Pecci died in this shit, well, what else… they release my wife or I don’t answer,” he said.
