Maintaining the blockade against Cuba for ideological reasons is an offense to human dignity, No one can encircle a people for political reasons, it is inhumane, because it is an issue that has to do with an ideological charge that nullifies the right of peoples to act independently and freely.said President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, who added that Mexico will seek to persuade the United States to lift that policy.
