Silvino, the father of Fernando Báez Sosa, said on Wednesday afternoon at the end of the last trial hearing for the crime of his son that the defendants who declared in the debate “lied” and that “a drunk cannot write messages”, in reference to the explanation that the accused Blas Cinalli tried to give.
“The boys lied. A drunk can’t write messages”pointed out to Télam Silvino when leaving the headquarters of the Oral Criminal Court (TOC) 1 of Dolores, in charge of the debate.
Then, Fernando’s father, who was wearing a shirt with his son’s image, referred to the activities that will take place in the afternoon and evening of this Wednesday, three years after the murder.
“I hope that everything goes well today. We hope that Justice is done so that Fernando can rest easy,” he added.
