The call, which was for companies from Colonia del Sacramento, was made exclusively through the website: “state purchases”, and had a publication date of December 27, the delivery of the proposals was on January 5 and the opening of those interested on January 9.
The call for “audio, video and photography recording service for events” includes “audio and HD video image”, also “general coverage, notes”, therefore, the bidding company must “include a journalist or communicator who passes to text the information”, indicated as requirements the Mayor of Carlos Moreira.
Two companies were presented: “Bruno Rodríguez Martín Ademar” and “Digital Video Producciones SRL”, the latter was the one that won the tender, according to the Municipality.
The contract is for “twelve months” for “966,240 pesos”
“Digital Video Productions” is made up of Francisco “Pancho” Maciel Raimondo and Ilde Vangner Maciel Delgado. “Pancho” Maciel is linked to a cable TV in Colonia del Sacramento.
According to what was indicated to EL ECO, in the family, “Pancho” Maciel is the brother of the general secretary of the Colonia Departmental Board, Claudia Maciel, who is considered “right hand” of Moreira, and is a partner of the career civil servant in the Administration and current Director of Social Action, Chela Cartolano.
