With the regulation approved, the next step is the registration of the beneficiaries. In this regard, the Minister of Development and Social Inclusion, Dina Boluarte, on September 13, reported that within 10 days (September 23) there would be a list of people who will receive the state subsidy. To whom does it belong and when will the money be delivered?
WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM THE BONUS?
The bonus is aimed at more than 4 million elderly people in a situation of economic vulnerability due to the increase in food prices. These are the potential beneficiaries.
- They should have condition of poverty and extreme poverty, according to the General Household Register (PGH) of the Household Targeting System (SISFOH),
- Be in the National Registry for measurements COVID-19 in the framework of the Health Emergency (National Registry),
- The monthly income of their households must not exceed the amount of the minimum living wage of S/1,025.00.
- They should not be registered in the public and private payrollexcept for pensioners, survivors and the training modality.
- Belonging to households in the Together, With You and Pension 65 programs that have not received the extraordinary additional subsidy that has been delivered since last August.
WHEN WILL THE FOOD BONUS BE PAID?
The Ministry of Development in Social Inclusion (Midis) reported that on September 23 they would have the list of beneficiaries, so it is estimated that the payment would begin in October. The payment methods would be:
- Deposit in account.
- Digital wallet.
- ID account.
- Payment at the window.
Who will not receive the bonus?
In accordance with the provisions of the Article 22 of Law No. 31538those citizens of the S / 270 bonus are excluded:
Some member of the database of sworn declarations of interest of authorities, servants or public servants; as well as candidates for public office managed by the Comptroller General of the Republic.
Neither can congressmen, mayors district, provincial, municipal councillors, regional governors, regional advisers, regional deputy governors, prefects, sub-prefects and/or lieutenant governors.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT COLLECT THE SUBISD?
For those cases in which the beneficiary cannot collect the subsidy, the Pension 65 program will implement the collection authorization process by an authorized third party.
