The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) published the Supreme Decree which approves the regulations of the Food Bonus of S/ 270, in order to mitigate the impact on its economy due to the increase in product prices.
It should be noted that this financial aid is already being delivered to the beneficiaries of the Juntos, Pension 65 and Contigo social programs.
What is missing to start with the payment of the Food Bonus?
On Monday, October 17, the MEF authorized the transfer of items in the 2022 public budget so that the second stage of the payment of the Food Bonus of S / 270 can be financed.

This second stage was scheduled for this October. But, what is missing so that this subsidy can be collected?
One of the conditions is that Midis enables the link to find out who the beneficiaries will be. At the moment, this access has not yet been implemented, but it is expected that it will be announced in the coming days.
In addition, it would be necessary to announce the schedule for the collection of the bond.
How will the Food Bonus be delivered?
The payment of this bonus of S / 270 is in charge of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) and is made in two tranches:
First stretch
Around 1,300,000 people from the social programs Pension 65, Together and With You were benefited, because they are vulnerable and in a situation of extreme poverty, according to the National Targeting System.
In addition to the subsidy received every two months by members of social programs, an extra amount will be assigned to them. The beneficiaries of Together receive S/ 200 more, those of Pension 65 receive S/ 250 and those of Contigo S/ 350 more.
The payment of this bond began on August 15, 2022.
second leg
Around 6 million vulnerable people will be beneficiaries, who are not registered in State social programs, do not appear on the payroll of a private company or a State entity and whose monthly household income does not exceed S / 1,025.
The amount to be collected will be S/ 270 for each person who meets the requirements established to be a beneficiary of this subsidy.
What will be the modalities of payment of the Food Bonus?
According to the regulations, the beneficiaries will be able to collect the bonus of S / 270 in:
- Deposit in account.
- Digital wallet.
- DNI account of the Bank of the Nation.
- Payment at the window.
- Others that are implemented in coordination with the financial entities with which there are current agreements.
The payment of this bonus will start in October 2022.
