The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) has set up an official website for people to find out if they are beneficiaries of the S/ 270 Food Bonus, in order to mitigate the impact on their economy due to the increase in product prices.
How do I know if I am a beneficiary of the S/ 270 Food Bonus?
To find out if you are a beneficiary of the S/ 270 Food Bonus, the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion enabled a platform. These are the steps to follow:
- enter the next links: https://www.gob.pe/bonoalimentario
- Click on the “Consult with your DNI” button.
- Fill in the blank boxes: put the ID number, the date of issue of the document and check the box “I am not a robot”.
- Accept the privacy policy and click on “Check if you are a beneficiary”.
- The page will show the result if the person is entitled to the bonus or not.
Through which applications can the bonus be collected?
The beneficiaries will be able to choose any of the applications, such as Yape, Tunki or Agora and download them from Google Play or the App Store.
Then, register your data following the steps indicated by the chosen platform.
How to collect the digital wallet bonus?
If you are entitled to the Food Bonus in the digital wallet modality, find out how to receive your money through Tunki, Yape (option with DNI without a bank account) or Agora PAY.
If you still do not have a digital wallet, but this modality corresponds to you, you can open an account on a cell phone with a line in your name. If you have download, registration or other problems, don’t worry, your Food Bonus will not be lost. If this difficulty persists, please contact the relevant digital wallet support center.
If you are an active user of a digital wallet, you can enter the consultation platform of the Food Bond to see if you are a beneficiary in this modality.
How to report a problem with the payment of the Bonus?
To report any inconvenience with the Food Bonus you must enter the following links.
When you enter the platform, click on the button to register a case. The system will show you the options you have to request this aid:
- I want to register a possible impersonation
- They did not have my individual economic support in the financial institution
- I cannot travel to collect my Alimentary Voucher, I want to accredit a third person to collect the payment (available from November 16)
Select one of these options, depending on your problem, fill out the form with your personal data and information about your problem, and send.
The system will confirm that your problem has been registered correctly. You can track the resolution of your case with your ID number and date of issue.
