Fluminense ended its participation in the first phase of the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, the main grassroots football competition in the world, with 100% success, after beating Linense 2-0, this Thursday (9) at the Stadium Gilberto Siqueira Lopes, in Lins (SP).

With this victory, Moleques de Xerém reached nine points, guaranteeing first place in Group 10. Thus, Tricolor das Laranjeiras faces CRB, second in Group 9, in the next stage of the Copinha.
Fluminense’s triumph began to be built just 8 minutes into the first half. Vagno took a low free kick from the edge of the penalty area and surprised goalkeeper Cauã, who could only see the ball pass to his side. Tricolor only scored again in stoppage time of the final stage. After João Lourenço advanced from the left wing, even dribbling past some defenders, Raphael ended up scoring against when trying to clear the ball.
