The Florida Justice sentenced a 31-year-old man after it was proven that he contacted a minor through social networks with the aim of having sexual relations with her.
The event transpired in September of last year when a woman appeared before the Specialized Police Station for Domestic and Gender Violence in Florida to report that an older man had contacted her minor daughter.
The fact started an investigation by technological means coordinated by the 1st Turn Prosecutor’s Office. The investigations revealed that the person responsible was a 31-year-old man, who was arrested.
The defendant had to appear before the 1st Court of Law in Florida, who ordered his sentence. Finally, she was sentenced for repeated crimes of public outrage against public modesty. For this offense he must serve a sentence of 24 months in prison, which was commuted to probation.
The regimen for serving the sentence includes six months of total house arrest and the rest with fulfillment of conditions.
