Five women who have reached the positions that were proposed and work for gender equality participated in the cycle 5 questions to 5 women of The Observer. Veronica Raffopartner of Ferrere Abogados; Macarena Bottafrom Brava; Faye O’Connorambassador of the United Kingdom; Sharon Gonzalez, FNC People and Management Manager; and Ana Leite, athlete, athletics coach and physical trainer for the referees, gave their views on what is still missing on the road to equality and also highlighted the achievements.
The interviewees answered about the main expressions of inequality that women live Currently, how can contribute to change from people and organizations, what challenges they continue to face the women aspiring to leadership positionswhat were the challenges that most appeared in their careers and on the conquests achieved by the women’s movement in recent years.
