In five of the six regional chambers of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary (TEPJF) since March last year, the appointment of one of its members is pending.
Vacancies on election tribunals, whether at the state or federal level, are usually filled by the most experienced Study and Account clerk, who does all the trial work, but is only acting magistrates
