The Cicpc captured five men for their alleged participation in the murder of three women. One of the detainees is Gregori Hernán Capote Minseros (48), who killed his partner Jennifer Ercelin Cabeza Rojas (48), with a poplar shot in the chest.
This event occurred early Wednesday morning in the San Agustín de Maracay sector (Aragua), where the couple lived. The man took Jennifer to a health center where she said they had been attacked by burglars inside her house. But the investigations showed that the subject was the author of the shot, reported the scientific police.
The Cicpc determined that Gregori and Jennifer had had an argument in the middle of which the man shot him with a non-industrialized weapon that was seized at the time of his arrest.
Other arrests
In Anaco (Anzoátegui), the Cicpc arrested two individuals accused of murdering Fany del Carmen Matheus Malavé (47), which occurred in the December 17 sector of that municipality.
Matheus’s murder occurred on April 14 when Darwin Alberto Hernández García (29) and Alexander José Guatache García (39) broke into the woman’s home to strangle her with their hands, as investigated by the Cicpc.
Then they pressed her face with a pillow to make sure she was dead. They then fled, taking a cell phone and a 42-inch television. Hernández and Guatache were handed over to the Public Ministry.
Finally, in San Félix (Bolívar), Cicpc agents arrested two subjects accused of participating in the murder of Yoselin Carolina Campos Díaz (38) and her partner Eduardo Javier Yánez Yaguare (42), which occurred on May 25 in Ciudad Guayana (Bolivar).
“It was a settling of scores,” according to the Cicpc report, which indicates that Brayan José Orfila Rodríguez (23) was the material author of the double homicide and Jhonny Oswaldo Palma García (27), was the one who drove the vehicle where he traveled the murderer
