The Ministry of Regional Development delivers today (6) apartments for 500 low-income families in the city of São Gonçalo, in the metropolitan region of Rio of January. About 2,000 people should benefit from the properties, through the Casa Verde e Amarela program.
The project received R$ 47.5 million in federal investments, from the Residential Leasing Fund (FAR).
The apartments are part of the Residencial Campo Belo, which has 25 five-story buildings, divided into two modules, and is located on Conceição road.
