The center of the city of Potosí was paralyzed in its entirety with the blockade points installed by the members of the Potosinista Civic Committee (Comcipo) and by the neighborhood councils that agreed to the measure, reported the communication secretary of this civic entity, Crisólogo Alemán. On Friday the advisory council of Comcipo approved the realization of a 48 hour strike this Monday and Tuesday in demand of a 26-point document and the requirements for local authorities. The specifications, according to Alemán, have been fighting since the management of Evo Morales
According to local reports, there was a relative normality in the activities because the Government and the capital municipality did not abide by the strike. They also reflected that the blockade of streets could only be perceived in the center of the city and not in the surroundings.
