Firefighters are looking for two people who disappeared in a shipwreck on the south coast of the state of Rio. According to the Navy, the vessel sank last Monday afternoon (28), near Jorge Grego Island, in Ilha Grande Bay, in the municipality from Angra dos Reis.
Four people were rescued alive shortly after the accident and are doing well. The search for the two missing persons is being carried out with the help of a Search and Rescue team from the Port Authority Police Station in Angra.
The Navy did not disclose the type of vessel that sank, but said that an administrative inquiry was launched to determine the causes, circumstances and responsibilities of the accident.
