A sports trainer was charged for the alleged participation in the commission of sexual acts with her student, a minor. The complaint was filed by the victim’s mother.
Prosecutor Natalia Cacavelos filed charges against a sports trainer for performing sexual acts with minors, specifically with her 16-year-old student.
The Prosecutor’s Office has sufficient elements of suspicion to support the woman’s accusation.
Once the criminal complaint was received, several procedures were carried out. Among them, the extraction of data from the apparatus of the affected minor, by officials of the Forensic Laboratory of the Public Ministry with judicial authorization.
According to the account of the events, the complaint was made by the teenager’s mother on February 2, 2022, after her daughter showed strange behavior.
It details that the sports trainer would have provided services independently, not being in a dependency relationship with any educational institution.
It also indicates that the defendant today would have been fully aware at all times of the victim’s minority, since at the time of the events she would have served as her trainer.
