He stated that the moment brings together, excites and demonstrates that when the country walks together it can achieve extraordinary things.
Suárez highlighted that the meeting “unites generations, revives stories and opens doors to new experiences,” which celebrate the best of Dominican culture.
He expressed his excitement at feeling “the energy, the spark and the idiosyncrasy” of local talent and all the people.
He assured that if there is a language that represents the joy and identity of the Dominican people, that language is music. “Our music is identity, resistance, celebration; it transcends borders, it sounds throughout the world and tells who we are: a passionate people and very, very full of rhythm,” he said.
The executive highlighted that this day honors the legacy of a platform that put the Dominican Republic on the global entertainment map, a legacy that they seek to take further “bringing, as always, the best of the world to Dominicans.”
He added that they conceive this platform as an initiative that returns to the people “the affection, loyalty and pride” that they receive every day.
Suárez stated that this pride is also reflected in symbols such as “a well-dressed wedding dress,” which identifies the country and represents the President brand.
He stressed that the advertisement “does not belong to a brand or a company,” but to all Dominicans: entrepreneurs, artisans, creatives, new talents and brands that, like CND, build culture, nation and history. “When it comes to ours, we all fit in here, we add up here,” he said, highlighting that the event is of the Dominicans and for the Dominicans.
