After taking the start at the Singapore Grand Prix this Sunday, the Spanish Fernando Alonso (Alpine) becomes, at 41 years old, in the driver with the most Grand Prix disputed in the history of Formula 1.
With 351 disputed races, The Spanish double world champion breaks the previous record he shared with the Finn Kimi Raikkonen.
They are followed, at a great distance, by their former colleagues at Ferrari, the Brazilian Rubens Barrichello (323) and the German Michael Schumacher (307).
Among active pilots, Britain’s Lewis Hamilton is sixth with 305 races, although he will match compatriot Jenson Button next week.
The German Sebastian Vettel, who announced his retirement at the end of this season, is 7th in this classification (294).
